The accepted methods of payment are:

You can write to email@example.com for products to be produced on request or that need specific information.
In this case the accepted method of payment is the advance bank transfer.
Once the payment is done please send us:
- copy of the receipt
- full billing address (name, surname, address)
- full address for shipping
- phone number.
all the data listed are indispensable for shipping.
Confirmation of orders
All products displayed as available are present in immediate availability at our warehouse. In the case of, for some reason, the requested products are not immediately available when ordering, or in the case of products to be produced on request and customized, you will be informed by e-mail about delivery times.
Pieces on request
For articles and pieces made on request, 50% of the final price is requested to be paid in advance. The remaining amount, shipping fees included, will be requested as soon as the article will be ready to be shipped.
The finished article on request will be available for two weeks. If within two weeks the final balance won’t be paid, the article won’t be available anymore. The fee paid in advance won’t be returned.
The shipment is made by express courier according to different times depending on the destination country.

Delivery: At the time of purchase you are asked for a phone number to be contacted in case of difficulty in delivery. Two delivery attempts are planned, if in both cases the recipient is absent, the goods are stored at the local shipping office and they are available for collection by the customer from the following day. Starting from the second day, the paid deposit will begin at the customer’s expense, if the intention is announced to withdraw it later. If not, the goods are returned to the sender and the customer will be required to pay the shipment again for a new shipment.
If the merchandise were to be damaged or not of your liking, you can exercise the right of withdrawal.
