  • How do I know if a product is available?

On our website, below the description of the product, you will see the total amount of pieces in stock. Our website updates this number automatically, so you’ll see the real number of products available.

  • What can I do if the product I want is not available?

Use the button “Follow the product” (the red button under the description of the product): an automathic message will be sent to you as soon as the product will be back in stock.

  • What can I do if I urgently need a product that is not available at the moment?

Write to info@res-bellica.com and we’ll do anything we can to help you.

  • What can I do if I urgently need a product in stock?

We ship by express courier, within 3 working days from the day we receive the payment, usually the following day. Times of delivery to your country are stated in this table: https://www.res-bellica.com/en/delivery-time/

If you have any particular urgency or need, please write it in the notes of the order or write to info@res-bellica.com, stating the date in which you’ll need the products: we’ll do whatever we can to help you.

All products in stock can be directly purchased from the website, compiling all the forms and by choosing the preferred payment method.

Use the following links to request your custom product or your product on request. You’ll be requested any necessary information so that we can evaluate feasibility and a price.

No orders made by phone, Whatsapp or Messenger will be accepted. Only use the specified methods above.

  • How can I know when I’ll receive my order?

Once the order is shipped, we’ll send you the tracking code so that you’ll be able to follow the shipment.

We ship by GLS within EU and by TNT outside EU.

  • I didn’t receive my order. What can I do?

Write us a message to info@res-bellica.com: we’ll do whatever we can to help you.

  • How can I know if my order was successfull? 

Once the order will be completed, you’ll receive by email a confirmation message, with a receipt of your order.

  • How can I know if the payment for my order by bank transfer was successfull? 

When we’ll receive the payment, we’ll proceed with the shipment (see also How can I know when I’ll receive my order?). If we don’t receive the payment within 5 working days, we’ll let you know: if the payment won’t be confirmed, the order will be canceled.

  • I have a different problem, not listed above.
